I want to give information about benefits to staff

I am a supervisor/manager within a medium sized business that is struggling to make ends meets and the overheads are beginning to mount up and get out of hand. This has meant that people above me have said that there are going to be redundancies for the work force. They are going to be offering a redundancy package for anyone that wants to take it voluntarily, but we all know that there aren't going to be enough people taking them up on that offer so there will be some forced redundancies aswel. Thankfully I have already been ttold that my job is safe, but as a supervisor/manager I will have the undesirable job of laying off at least 3 of my team. I say 3 as that may increase as time goes on. I think that I'm generally a good boss and don't just want to call them in and say you've been let go, thanks for everything. If possible I want to know what benefits for out of work ex staff are going to be available for them, so that at least they can go away kowing how they can pay some of their bills.
