Problems with facebook and a few other accounts

I think i have been hacked on facebook and my hotmail address. I last logged in about a week ago but since then i have not been able to get into them. I have also i forgot my zwinky username but i don't think that it has been hacked i think that is just me being daft. My friends have had similar problems with hotmail and facebook so i wouldn't be surprised if it has happened to me also. The thing is no one knows my password and never has, i even make a point of changing my password every couple of months to make sure it is safe. To be honest though i forgot to do this with my email so maybe they got in there and did a usual password reset to get into facebook. I have reported this to facebook and hotmail but i am waiting for their response back at the moment. I just hope they can sort this out for me because i am lost with out my email address.
