This springs out of the growing steady demand for artists in order to keep the art form alive because at times it seems to be side lined at the price of others and this was brought to the lime light by the professionals in the art sector. This modern times demand diversity as far as studies are concerned. It is a high time that governments show concern for this type of issue as if approached well will help fill up the joblessness affecting the youth. We also have a type of persons who are naturally born with this talent and no other they should also open avenues for art like they do other subjects that's what led the government into issuing of Grants For Art Teachers in order to promote the subject. Also help in setting up institutions specifically dedicated to art as it will be sector that will employ the youth at a rate never seen below because further more there's unending demand for art items the world over mostly Europe and Asia where it regarded as an occupation collecting artifacts.
