The Day I Said "I DO" To Thomas Wealey

The day I said ‘I Do’ to Thomas Weasley was the best day of my life! On the cool sunny morning of 24th June, I walked down the aisle of Boston Cathedral and united in front of God with my husband. The holy mass was a celebration of happiness and the beginning of a new life together. Attended by friends and close relatives, the ceremony took place at 11 am. My wedding gown flowed like a silk river and my face was glowing. Brighter was the glow on Thomas’ face.

We exchange wedding rings and vows, and kissed. It felt like we were standing under a piece of heaven and the angels were cheering for us. We were united by God’s grace and ready to start a new, just him and me. My mom was crying into dads shoulder. Dad was looking so proud. The older relatives watched passively, while my single lady friends looked on with envy in their eyes. My best friend caught the tossed bouquet, so envy soon changed to excitement! The reception followed the mass. Marian Hall looked stunning that afternoon. I wasn’t sure if it was my own happiness reflected in the hall or the genuine pleasantness of the crowd, everyone was having fun and enjoying themselves. Nightfall was even more beautiful as friends had arranged a spectacular fireworks show for us. In deed, Thomas and me were feeling very blessed that day.
